SDSS Legal Information and License Agreement
Your use of Software Creations services and software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement.
General
Software Creations provides services known as "siteDirectorTM JavaTM-Based
Security Server", more commonly referred to as "SDSS", and software known
as "SDSS Softpages". Software Creations provides this service and software
to third parties known as "Clients". Software Creations'
"Clients" utilize SDSS service and software to provide products and services to
their customers and constituents. Folio siteDirectorTM
is a trademark of OpenMarket Corporation.
JavaTM is a trademark of Sun Microsystems Inc. Neither Open Market Corporation nor
Sun Microsystems Inc. are affiliated in any way with Software Creations or SDSS, and no
such affiliation should be inferred or implied.
Software Creations Products and Services
Software Creations products and/or services may be changed or updated without notice.
Users of Software Creations Services
Software Creations makes no representations about any user of Software Creations services
and does not endorse the products or services of any such users. The display of a
Software Creations trademark or logo does not constitute an endorsement of any person or
any product or service offered by such a person.
No Liability
In no event will Software Creations be liable to any party for any direct, indirect,
punitive, special incidental or other consequential damages arising directly or indirectly
from any use of this web site, Software Creations services, the services identified as
"siteDirector Security Server (SDSS)", or the software identified as "SDSS
Softpages", even if Software Creations is expressly advised of the possibility of
such damages.
Copyright Notice
This web site, its contents, and file distributions, particularly those files identified
as "SDSS Softpages" are subject to the protection of copyright laws of the
Untied States and other countries. You may not reproduce any part of Software
Creation's web site or file downloads without the prior written permission of Software
Creations.
Use of Software Creations Services and Software
Software Creations services (including services identified as "siteDirector Security
Server") and software (including file downloads identified as "SDSS
Softpages") may only be used for lawful purposes. If any Software Creations
software or service is used in violation of any law or regulation in a manner that may
cause Software Creations to be subject to investigation, prosecution or legal action,
Software Creations may terminate service immediately and without prior notice. Users of
Software Creations services and/or software accept the risk that their service may be
terminated if legal challenges arise as to their use of the service.
Software Creations reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, and in particular to those persons or entities which intend to use Software Creations services to promote/market/sell Multi-Level Marketing (MLM), Explicit Sexual and/or Pornographic Items, Racist Literature, Firearms, Explosives, or Deadly Weapons of any sort.
Modification
You are not permitted to modify or copy any segment of the software identified as
"SDSS Softpages" without consent from Software Creations.
Distribution
You may use the software identified as "SDSS Softpages" for normal rendering of
the "SDSS" services on your siteDirector web server. You may not
distribute or otherwise reveal the contents of the software identified as "SDSS
Softpages" in any manner to any party not directly associated with the internal
operation of your siteDirector Web Server at your company, firm or organization.
Disclaimer of Warranty
The services and software provided are provided as is without warranty of any
kind, either expressed or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Software
Creations, or distributors of SDSS Services and/or Softpages, be liable for any damages
whatsoever including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, loss of business profits
or special damages, even if Software Creations has been advised of the possibility of such
damages.
